Our Low, Square Plinth in rust effect
This sturdy plinth is made from fibre clay and hand painted with an aged rust effect. The fibre clay makes the plinth a lot lighter than traditional stone or concrete plinths, but it is still strong.
Fibre Clay: a composite of clay, fibreglass and magnesia. The Clay helps give a natural finish, the fibreglass provides strength and makes the ornament less susceptible to breaking or cracking, the magnesia allows for a lighter weight product while also making it more weather resistant. Fibre Clay is also more environmentally friendly than Poly Resin or all Fibreglass ornaments requiring less energy in initial production.
