Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd’s ethics statement

The following is the basis for our business ethics, and we believe illustrates the Europa Leisure ethos. It is not an exhaustive list and we are always striving to do better. We aim to treat our staff, suppliers, and customers as we would like to be treated.

Health & Safety issues:

  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will only conduct business with companies that have an ongoing commitment to the issues
    of occupational health and safety and to comply with national and industry requirements.
  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will not conduct business with any company that employs, either directly or indirectly, child
    labour.

Local environmental & economic issues:

  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will, where possible, seek to purchase products and services from companies and individuals located near to us in Salisbury, thereby supporting our local economy.
  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will actively recycle waste material and keep to a minimum material that cannot be recycled.
  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will encourage our employees to car share or cycle to work.
  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd will embrace modern technology that can help reduce our “carbon footprint”.

  • Europa Leisure (UK) Ltd recognises that modern slavery is a global issue, and we are committed to playing our part in supporting its eradication.
  • We’re proud we do business responsibly and ethically. Our Supplier Code of Conduct, contract terms and governance safeguard relationships between us and our suppliers. We set standards to ensure they operate ethically, are environmentally responsible and workers are treated with respect and dignity.
